The Ebisu Blade Nagi series knives are inspired by the calm sea, with a hammered finish on the top of the steel and a Damascus laminated pattern on the bottom.

Gyuto knives are also known as chef's knives and are favored by chefs of Western cuisine as a representative Western knife. Although it looks similar to a Santoku knife, the blade length is longer than the handle, making it a versatile knife that can be used to cut a variety of ingredients, including meat, fish, and vegetables.
