Maintenance

Free sharpening service

If it is within one year of purchase, a knife craftsman in Sakai will carefully maintain your knife for free. A specialized craftsman will manually resharpen the blade while checking the condition of the knife, so that it will be restored to the sharpness it had when you first purchased it. In addition, we will also accept maintenance after one year for a fee (1,500 yen + shipping), so please feel free to contact us.

*Due to the characteristics of the product, kuro is not eligible for resharpening service.

*We may not be able to handle chips that are too large.
